"Large-scale densification makes it feasible to develop a vertical zoning of the city following the horizontal one: shopping on the third floor, keep fit on the eight, public transport on the tenth, jogging on the thirteen, parking on the eighteenth, and so on. The city can be literally stack of networks. The question then arises as to which parts are to be kept open and which filled in."
